Terms of use

These terms govern use of the Neuron Junction website at neuronjunction.click and the sittings arranged through it. The official registered business name is Neuron Junction, established in 2018, with its reading room at the address published on the contact page. By using the site or confirming a sitting in writing, you accept these terms.

The service described here

Neuron Junction provides a Solana learning library and staffed sittings: personal learning paths, desk reading hours, study circles, and path checkpoints. Materials on the site describe those sittings. They are educational explanations of public network concepts such as accounts, transactions, programs, tokens, and clusters. They are not brokerage, custody, investment advice, or a promise of any trading result.

Accepting a sitting

A sitting is accepted only when the desk confirms the date, the fee, and the shelf in writing by email. A form submission on this website is a request, and the mock receipt on the contact page simply confirms that the note was received by the page. Fees, deposits, and cancellation follow the rates page and the refund page.

Intellectual property

Shelf notes, glossary cards, circle packets, and path booklets are owned by Neuron Junction unless a page says otherwise. You receive a personal copy of a booklet or packet for your own study. You may not resell those copies, publish them as your own course, or remove the reader’s name and offer the sequence to someone else. Your own notebooks remain yours. Feedback you send may be quoted on the reader notes page with your name unless you ask us to withhold it.

Your conduct in the room and on calls

Seed phrases, private keys, and exchange passwords are not to be shown, read aloud, or sent to the desk. Public addresses and transaction signatures are welcome. You are responsible for any transaction you later sign outside the sitting. The library may end a sitting if a reader insists on displaying key material.

Liability

Explanations are prepared with care from public documentation and the library’s own notes. They can be incomplete or out of date when the network changes. Neuron Junction is not liable for decisions you make with funds, keys, or software after a sitting, or for loss of profit, lost tokens, or a failed deployment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Korean law does not allow to be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct.

Site use

You may read the pages and send a desk note. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades it, misrepresent a sitting as a credential from another organisation, or present our booklets as official material from the Solana network’s developers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Korea, unless a mandatory consumer rule requires another forum.
