This page explains how neuronjunction.click stores a small amount of information in your browser. It sits beside the privacy notice, which covers the notes you send to the desk.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site can ask your browser to keep. This library also uses local storage, which is a similar browser store that is not sent to our server with every page view. The consent banner writes to local storage, not to an advertising network.
Types we use
Essential storage remembers whether you pressed Accept or Reject on the banner, so the banner does not return on every page. Analytics cookies are described below and are not set when you reject. The reading room pages work the same either way: rejecting does not lock the shelves, the form, or the rates.

Third-party cookies
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. That request may allow Google to receive your IP address and usual request headers under Google’s own terms. We do not embed advertising, social plugins, or payment frames. If a font request sets a cookie, it is controlled by Google, not by the desk.
How to manage or disable storage
Use Reject on the banner to record a refusal. Use Accept to record permission for any future analytics cookie listed in the table. You can also clear local storage and cookies in your browser settings for neuronjunction.click. Browser vendors document this in their help pages under privacy or site data. Blocking all storage may bring the banner back; it will not hide the library pages.
Impact of disabling
If you refuse or clear the consent record, the banner appears again and no analytics cookie is added. Forms, shelf pages, and sittings remain available. Blocking Google Fonts may change the typeface to your browser default and does not change the words on the page.
