Study Circle
The October 2026 circle reads the transactions shelf. Six readers meet on Thursdays, starting 1 October, and stay with signatures, instructions, and recent blockhashes until the month closes.
Who the sitting is for
Readers who want company and can attend in Geoje on Thursday evenings. A path is not required. People new to accounts are asked to take a desk hour first so the circle can stay on transactions.
What you carry away
By the fourth evening each reader has a marked copy of the circle packet and a short list of terms they can define without the sheet.
Where it happens
Geoje reading room. In person in Geoje. No recordings. If fewer than four seats are reserved by 24 September 2026, the circle moves to November and everyone who reserved is told before any fee is taken.

The fee covers all four meetings of one circle. Missed evenings are not rebooked as private hours inside the same fee.
How the sitting runs

Reserve a seat
Write to the desk with your name. Seats are held when the fee is agreed in writing. The circle stops at six.

Read the packet section
Each week names four pages. Read them before Thursday. The meeting is for disagreement and examples, not first contact with the page.

Close the shelf
On 22 October the group lists which terms still feel slippery. Those become fair requests for a later desk hour.
Before you come
Read the accounts glossary card if lamports, rent, and owners are still unfamiliar. Bring a pencil. The packet is handed out on 1 October.
